Design of cable entry compartments for gas-insulated disconnectors. IP54 protection degree for off-shore systems resistant to the worst climatic conditions in marine environments, temperatures -30 /+50 C°. The cabinets must maintain the IP54 protection degree while being in the internal arc configuration with gas venting and accessibility from all sides. Maintaining the characteristics of protection from any faults for the operators.
SOLUTION
Preliminary study, modeling of overall dimensions and layout proposals for venting in compliance with all technical regulations of the sector.
Constructive development of the layout identified by the customer with programmatic and joint project reviews for the definition of technical aspects such as: space-saving opening systems, ad-hoc mechanical safety interlocks, cabinet modularity, etc.
Production of the documentation necessary for the creation of the prototype:
3D assemblies, 2D drawings, BOM and assembly instructions. Complete management of the construction, assembly and logistics of the prototypes up to their delivery to the customer's laboratory for testing.
Post-prototype modifications with a view to industrialization.
