The project phases in which we assist our clients start from the support in the definition of a technical specification, the definition of the preliminary project, the definition of the macro systems with the creation of a general overall layout.
Thanks to a consolidated network of collaborations, D&P is able to support its Client from the idea to the industrialization of the product, also offering industrial design services, patent analysis of market solutions or studies to evaluate the patentability of new ideas.
The subsequent phases concern the development of all components through 3D design of parts, subassemblies and assemblies. D&P is able to perform preliminary structural analyses, kinematic simulations and tolerance chain analyses up to the models necessary for the construction of prototypes (in collaboration with qualified and selected suppliers), arriving to assist the Customer in carrying out preliminary type tests using accredited and certified laboratories for each individual sector.
The final phases in which D&P intervenes, following the passing of the preliminary tests, are to support all phases of product industrialization through the development of all the documentation necessary for the production and quality control of the components, the management of the bill of materials, the data entry into the Customer's database, the creation of manuals both in paper format and as 3D animations.
